3.Scan a color photo (300Px X 369Px)
Photos will be taken at the store. Or take it yourself at home and choose to use a photo editing program. can do it too The important thing is that the size of the image must be 300Px x 369Px only and save the file as JPG with the file size not exceeding 40 KB.

When all the files have been prepared We can start filling out the paperwork.
Online document filling process
1. Go to the Emirates Airline website and look for the service menu. According to the image below, then click on the button. [Apply for a UAE visa]
2.The system will explain the various collaborations for you to read and then click on the red button. [Proceed to apply for a visa]
3. The system will inform you about the details and types of visas for you to read and go down.
4. Read until you see the red button, click it immediately.
5. Then the system will allow us to choose Flights that we will fly. Let us tick the circle in the red square. As in the picture below, followed by the No button on the red letter bar.
6. Then the system will ask you to select each passenger, then you can tick and start filling in the details of that passenger, for example the image below.
Enter ppt expiry = Enter date, month, year of expiration of Passport
Enter ppt issue = Enter date, month, year of passport approval.

SELECT PRESENT NATIONALITY = Select nationality Thai
SELECT COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE = Select the current country of residence, specify Thailand.
When everyone has filled in the information and press the red button on the bottom right.
7. The system will bring you to the page for us to specify the email address of each person. The system will send a link to your email. so that we can fill out the documents in the next step but before doing that We will need to fill out the information below.
Applicant Type = Specify the status of each person. Which will be available to choose from
Self = Personal, usually if we take parents or relatives, friends, specify as Self
Spouse = Spouse. Usually, if we take a husband or wife, specify Spouse.
Dependent Son = son, if taking a son, specify Son’s status
Dependent Doughter = daughter. If you take your daughter, specify the status of the daughter.
Express Service = Do you want Visa to be considered urgently? If you are in a hurry, answer Yes, if not in a hurry (recommended), answer No.
Email = Specify the person’s contact email address.
Confirm Email = Confirm the contact email of that person again.
(If you come from the same family You can specify the same email address for all of them, and the recommended email address is the service of gmail.)
When everything is framed, press the red button on the bottom right.
8.Then the system will summarize the details of the visa costs as well. This will be about $97.59 per person. Then you press the red button.
9. After pressing the button Wait for a while, the system will send an email as specified in item 7. Let us click into the email. You will find a long link like the image below, click it!
10. Then you start to fill in detailed information as shown in the image below. We have advice for you as follows.
Title = Choose Mr, Miss, Mrs
First Name = First name in English
Middle Name = middle name, Thai people don’t need to specify
Last Name = Last name
Father Name = Father’s name-surname specified in English
Mother Name = Mother’s name-surname specified in English
Gender = specify gender
Marital Status = social status such as single, married, divorced, etc.
Husband Name = Husband’s last name
Language Spoken = Specifies the language spoken.
Previous Nationality = Previous nationality, specify THAILAND
Present Nationality = Current nationality
Date of Birt = day, month, year of birth
Place of Birt = Place of birth, please specify exactly as in Passport
Birt Country = Country of birth
Religion = State your religion.
Profession = Specify expertise If you can’t think of it, it’s BUSINESSSMAN or BUSINESSWOMAN.
Education = level of education
Purpose of Visite = Come to Dubai for? Recommended Tourism
Emai ID for Approve VISA = Look at the ID number sent to you along with the email you clicked to fill out the document, give us the ID number to fill in.
Skyward Member = Are you a Skyward member?
11. Then scroll down the web page, there will be a box to fill continuously as follows
Passport Number = Passport number of the filler (make sure it is correct)
Passport Type = Type of Passport, fill in Normal
Issuing Government = Agency that issues Passport
Issuing Country = Country where Passport was issued
Date of Issue = Passport issue date
Expiration Date = Passport expiration date
Address-1 = Specify the address according to the ID card.
Address-2 = Specify a continuation of the address above.
City = specify province
Country = specify country
Telephone = Specify 66 followed by xxx followed by xxxxxx the rest (tried different ways)
12. Then complete the document continuously. It will be information in the hotel section.
Emirate = the state where you live, let the DUBAI system
City = City of address, if not remembered, specify NOT DEFINED
Area = Area such as Downtown, Marina, Trade Center 1, etc. Search on Google.
Street = the street where the hotel is located
Landmark = landmark, for example, the hotel is near BurjKhalifa, etc.
Makani No = Code of hotel building, searchable too, search the full name of the hotel at Makani.ae
Building / Villa = name of building or accommodation (hotel name)
Floor = number of floors of the accommodation
Flat / Villa No. = house number
Telephone / Mobile No. = Specify the hotel phone number
Name of Business / Employer = Enter the name of the business you do such as Freelance.
Address of Business / Employer = Enter your business address.
Occupation = State your occupation.
Retired = specify retirement date
Then press the right red button.
13. From now on, it will upload the documents we have prepared. By letting you start uploading by pressing the Choose Files button from top to bottom, consisting of
Passport Bio Page = Passport File Bio Page
Passport Last Page = Last Page of Passport File
Photograph(300 x 369) = Straight face photo file size 300Px X 369Px
14. Then upload additional documents in the last two fields. as pictured below
National ID front page = Upload a file of the national ID card page
National ID Second page Upload the file behind the ID card.
When the upload is complete Press the red button in the lower right corner.
15. Specify to summarize the Visa information of the person to be issued. and let us tick to choose a payment method I recommend choosing a Credit/Debit Card as shown in the image below.
16. Then proceed to payment as shown in the image below.
17. When payment is made It is considered that the eVisa Dubai process is complete. Let us wait about 3-4 business days. The system will send the eVisa to you via email. Let us print it out to submit to the Dubai Immigration and Thailand.
